“How To Be A Homeowner” has illustrated
characters that share real estate tips, trivia,
and facts to ease consumers through the 19 steps
it takes to find and ultimately purchase their
next home.
"How To Be A Homeowner" tool has been
in beta for the last six months to test its effectiveness
and ease-of-use. The project was completely funded
by private investors and was built by the technology
gurus at INVA- TECH. Our research shows the number
one reason people wait to buy is fear of not understanding
the home buying process. This tool was developed
with the vision of taking real estate to a new
level of customer service.
